Irrigation

An irrigation specialist is not a plumber. And the reverse also holds true… a plumber is not an expert in irrigation. Underlying this statement of fact is the acceptance that each trade, irrigation and plumbing, has a unique set of skills, knowledge and applications.

Irrigation involves far more knowledge and skill than merely joining a few pipes together and then turning on the tap to let the water flow.

Grow Master prides itself on being a fully credentialed member of Irrigation Australia, Australia’s peak national organisation representing the Australian irrigation industry.

As a professional in the irrigation sector, Grow Master holds a unique position in the region being the only recognised and certified irrigator in Gippsland. It’s a position which we hold in high esteem and provides a standard of professional design and installation which no other landscaping (or plumber) can match.

In designing an appropriate irrigation system for your landscaping project, Grow Master considers a wide range of site issues prior to commencement. Factors to be considered are site topography, soil type, vegetation selection, orientation, drainage and so on. Technology now plays an important role in modern irrigation systems, with remote system access and various probes delivering data to the system.

A true irrigation specialist will determine the specific type of spray or dripper equipment, the hydraulics involved in delivering water the to the sprinkler head and then the programming of the management system.
